Sushi Bake
Salmon Sushi Bake:

Ingredients:
1/2 lb Salmon
1/2 lb imitation crab
3 oz Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp Japanese Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp Sriracha
1/4 Cup Japanese Mayo
Garlic Powder
Salt
Black Pepper
Olive oil
Furikake/Shredded Seaweed
scallion
sesame seeds
2-3 Cups of Cooked Rice
Prep:
Cook 3 Cups of Rice in a rice cooker.
Preheat the Oven to 380 F.
Instructions:
Season the Salmon with Garlic Powder, Salt, Black Pepper, and the Olive Oil.
Air fry the Salmon at 400 F for 9 minutes.
Peel the Imitation Crab into thin slices. You can cut up the imitation crab into smaller pieces with scissors if you like.
Add the Air fried Salmon to the imitation crab and remove the skin. Shred the Salmon with utensils.
Add Cream Cheese, Japanese Mayo and the 1 Tbsp Sriracha and mix everything together.
Add the cooked rice to a glass baking dish and flatten the rice out. Add a layer of furikake over the flattened rice.
Place the Salmon mixture over the rice in the baking dish and spread all of it out evenly.
Bake the Salmon mixture and rice in the baking dish at 380 F for 10 minutes.
Drizzle some sriracha, spicy mayo, scallion, and sesame seeds to finish the dish.
